A Kingdom With A Heart
Long ago and far away, at the far end of the galaxy, there was a little village by the name of Happy. Everyone knew each other; helped each other and when someone needed something, the others helped out.
Take the time when Mr. Pringle needed help. A storm had demolished his roof and he had to get It put back so as not to ruin anything inside the house. All the neighbors pitched in and got his roof back on in short order. He and Mrs. Pringle cooked a huge meal and everyone ate together in the yard. They laughed and carried on most of the day. After that, the ladies helped clean the mess up. Talk about helping each other!
The village was quaintly built in the fairy-tale type buildings. Different kinds of shops lined both sides of the street. From here, I can see a Millinery shop full of every kind and type of hat you can imagine! And the all the feathers to put on them. Every kind, color, shape, and length! My, you never saw the like!
Then, The Barber Shop. Sounds to me me as though the men got a haircut and a shave while the ladies shopped for new hats. Sounds good to me!
On the other side and down a bit was the livery stable. It kept horses, carriages, and would tend to the horses that stayed over night. All in all, it was quite a growing concern.
There are times when life comes down so hard, we just have to back away. We feel that everything has suddenly begun crashing down on us. Our minds tell us no understands. This leaves us to our own devices and feeling so very much alone.
However, are we wrong?…. Just because we look at something one way and others look at it another? Does that really make us wrong? I tend not necessarily. To me it says I look at something one way and you look at it another. That’s the difference God instilled us that makes us different.
Why is it? What is it in us as humans that we feel we must control others. God gave each one of us a head and a brain and the ability to choose right from wrong and wrong from right. No one will ever make all the right decisions. However, each one has been given the right to make them and at least they made a decision and didn’t sit on the fence doing nothing.
When we look to God to see us through all things, and let Him show us the way. His way… , it’s the best thing we can do.
When things go wrong as they sometimes will;
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill;
When the funds are low, and the debts are high;
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh;
When care is pressing you down a bit –
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you can never tell how close you are;
It may be near when it seems afar.
So, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit –
It’s when things go wrong that you mustn’t quit.

I wasn’t expecting this one. Although, with all the advances in technology, maybe I should have. I’ve been trying to figure out just how it works. Is it in a place separate from the tweets? Are you allowed just so much bandwidth to tell your story? How do you access where you want to go? As I said, this one threw me a ringer, even though I am intrigued with it.
